Ordered frames, was told they were out of stock, they refused to refund money, tried to keep $20

Extremely untrustworthy

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They messed up my prescription, as I paid a lot of money for two designer frames with progressive lenses. When I get them I can't see a thing, and when I make them aware of this they blame me that I entered the wrong information when I know that I didn't. They even made a mistake on one of their emails with what I entered. Every email I received from them has something misspelled, or grammatical error. I have reported them, and demand my money back, which I'm sure I will spend more taking them to court. They are a bunch of thieves.

If there were negative stars I'd have chosen that. This company prides itself on having absolutely ZERO customer service skills and profits from their customers every chance they get. You WILL NOT SEE a penny in return for any dissatisfaction or incorrect fit. Why, because the customer is a sucker and once they have your money you can only GIVE MORE to correct the issue. An recent attempt to exchange an ill-fitting pair of glasses was to PAY TO SHIP the original pair back, then PAY $60 for this, that and the other... I am not sure which dictionary this group of thieves uses to define "exchange."
STEER AS FAR AWAY FROM SHOPPING HERE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.

Purchased frames and paid for overnight delivery with a signature. I never received the glasses. Cool frames opened a case with fed ex and have been telling me 5-7 days for updates for the last 3 months. Finally after 3 months they tell me the claim was denied with no explanation. Cool frames won't refund me my money or send me another pair of glasses. So I basically wasted $150. Horrible first experience I would definitely NOT recommend.

When I broke my glasses, I had to get replacement glasses ASAP because I can't make a living without them. Once I retrieved my prescription, I Google searched gx by Gwen Stefani frames(because I wanted the same frames I had) and CoolFrames.com popped up. The process was easy, affordable and FAST! My glasses arrived yesterday and they are perfect! I will never buy my Eyewear any place else and you shouldn't either!

The best place ever to purchase your glasses. By far the best deal and the fastest I have ever received glasses. The prescription is perfect. This is my first time wearing progressive lenses and I absolutely love them! I will only use cool frames from now on to order my glasses. A perfect experience!

cheap junk made from china and way overpriced. dont waste your time unless your a lefty

5 months. It took 5 months and 3 pairs of glasses from when I ordered to now having wearable glasses. The other lenses arrived with terrible scratches like they polish them with sandpaper or something! Ugh, and the absolute worst customer service. They reply to an average of maybe every third email and do not even try to make matters right. With so many other online eyeglass companies to choose from, do yourself a favor and keep scrolling.

I looked everywhere for these discontinued frames, many other sites took my order and then canceled because they were unavailable but cool frames came through - thanks!!

I’m so happy with my purchase. I saw these frames in my optical store, the price was half at cool frames. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely purchase again.

I ordered my glasses dec 18. I have not received them yet and it's almost February... This is a Scam do not order... they will take your money! They took 200 dollars from me already smh
